Damon is a member of the Mistawasis Nêhiyawak First Nation in the Treaty 6 Territory, influenced and guided by Saskatchewan cultural thinkers and leaders, keteyak (Elders), gardeners, social workers, educators, survivors, advocates and trail blazers. For my entire adult life and career, I have been dedicated to culture in Saskatchewan. My mission has always been towards the transformational change of Saskatchewan’s cultural sector through inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. Damon works with SaskCulture Inc. as an Outreach Consultant.
