Katherine Carleton has worked in the not for profit arts sector for over 30 years, as a clarinetist, teacher, granting officer, orchestra manager, and association executive.  She has been Executive Director of Orchestras Canada, the national association for Canadian orchestras, since 2005, and has been involved in a number of collaborations between arts service organizations since then  Katherine holds a master's degree in management from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance from the University of Toronto.
